1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.worldspaceacademy.com (the "Site") — owned and operated by World Space Academy Private Limited (CIN: U85307HR2024PTC120056), a company incorporated in Haryana, India; see our Company Information page for full registration details — and enrollment in any World Space Academy program. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Programs are generally open to secondary-school and early undergraduate students; specific age and academic requirements are listed on each program page. Where an applicant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and payment on the student's behalf and confirm consent to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Program Enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Offers of a place are made at the sole discretion of the Admissions Council and are conditional on receipt of the applicable program fee by the stated deadline. The Academy reserves the right to modify program content, faculty, dates, or location where reasonably necessary, and will notify enrolled students of material changes.
4. Payments & Third-Party Payment Processing
All fees are payable in the currency and amount stated at checkout. Payments on this Site are processed by Cashfree Payments, an independent third-party payment gateway. By making a payment you also agree to Cashfree's applicable terms of service. The Academy is not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by Cashfree, your card issuer, or your bank.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Credentials & the World Space Card
Credentials, certificates, and World Space Card memberships are issued only upon successful completion of the applicable program requirements, including any assessed review board or capstone component. The Academy may revoke a credential obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or a serious breach of the Code of Conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, curriculum materials, logos, and the World Space Academy name and marks — is owned by or licensed to World Space Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference during your program.
7. Code of Conduct
Students, parents, and partner representatives are expected to act with honesty, respect, and safety in mind throughout any program, in person or online. The Academy may suspend or dismiss a student from a program — without refund beyond what this policy or applicable law requires — for conduct that endangers others, involves academic dishonesty, or seriously violates program rules.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and program materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Program outcomes such as employment, admission to further study, or specific career results are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Space Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in a program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Space Academy, its officers, faculty, and partner institutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any refund obligations under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at World Space Academy's registered seat, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and failing resolution, submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
